1. Agreement and eligibility
By using Lasdft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. You must be at least 16 years old, meet any higher age requirement that applies to a particular game or your location, and have permission from a parent or guardian if you are below the age of legal majority.

2. Using the service
We provide a browser-game catalog, descriptions, game notes and access to games hosted by independent providers. Website access does not require a Lasdft account. You are responsible for your device, connection, browser settings and lawful use. Games may vary in compatibility, controls, availability and third-party requirements. We may maintain, change or remove features or games where reasonably necessary.
Game descriptions are informational and may become outdated when an independent provider changes its game. Follow the instructions and age restrictions shown in the actual game. Any transactions or services offered by an advertiser or game provider are governed by that provider's terms.
3. Intellectual property
The Lasdft name, logo, website design and original editorial content belong to Lasdft or its licensors. Games, artwork, trademarks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access the service for lawful personal entertainment.
Without the relevant rights holder's permission, you must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, rebrand or create derivative works from protected content, except as expressly permitted by applicable law. Do not remove ownership notices or imply an endorsement. Rights holders can send a supported ownership or removal request to our contact email with the work, page URL and proof of authority.
4. Acceptable conduct
- Do not hack, disrupt, overload, introduce malware, bypass access controls or interfere with other visitors.
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, mirror or use automated tools to harvest the catalog or personal information without permission, except where a right cannot lawfully be restricted.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, threatening, exploitative or fraudulent content, impersonate anyone or send unsolicited promotions.
- Do not generate artificial advertising impressions or clicks, encourage invalid clicks, manipulate ad delivery, or use bots to exploit games.
- Do not use third-party content in a way that violates its applicable terms or local law.
We may restrict access or remove content to address violations, security threats, rights complaints or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we provide an explanation and a way to contact us about the restriction.
5. Advertising and Google
Lasdft is supported by advertisements displayed through Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager / AdX and by advertisements supplied inside independent games. Google is an independent third party; it does not operate Lasdft and our inclusion of advertisements does not imply endorsement by Google or by Lasdft.
Google, participating ad networks and advertisers control their advertising systems, creatives, destinations and their own data processing. Lasdft does not control every advertisement or independently verify advertiser claims. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, availability or performance of third-party advertising or offers. Report an objectionable advertisement with its page and relevant details to our contact address. Privacy choices and advertising data use are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Independent games and links
Games are embedded from independent services, including www.datinginfo.top and oss.gamescdn.top. Their content, availability, storage, advertising and external links are governed by their own terms and notices. A link or embed does not transfer ownership or make us the developer of that game.
Use care when following external links or providing information to another service. We cannot guarantee the conduct, security or continued availability of third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility that applicable law places on Lasdft for its own conduct.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, compatibility with every device, the accuracy of every description, or preservation of game progress.
These exclusions do not affect warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lasdft and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or lost profits, opportunities or data arising from use of the service or independent games, links and advertisements.
Nothing limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your mandatory statutory and consumer rights remain available.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you habitually reside, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules that would remove mandatory protections. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Updates, notices and contact
We may revise these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Revisions are published here with an updated date. Material changes are highlighted on the website, and direct notice is given where appropriate and possible. Continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance where permitted by law; fresh consent is obtained separately when required.
